TRAGIC DEATH

UWNZ volunteer Rex Watchman of Blenheim was tragically killed when his car was hit by a passenger train at a level crossing 27th February 2009. Rex was very community focussed and had received awards from Rotary and the Marlborough District Council. He had been a UWNZ volunteer for a number of years. Rex will be sadly missed.
